You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and following the instructions sent to your email. Once you open the safe, be sure to set a new password that is easier to remember but still strong.
You can try an incorrect password 5 times for each account, after which you will be blocked from logging in for 5 minutes. Each incorrect attempt will be logged inside the app in the Logging History section.
You are prohibited from storing in your digital vault any documents related to racially or religiously intolerant texts, documents containing any connection to child pornography and other documents whose storage and distribution is considered criminal under the laws of the client's country. However, we do not have access to your stored documents, so we urge each of you to comply with this regulation.
Yes. It is up to each user to decide how many people to allow access to their digital safe. The user can decide whether to allow access only to the safe deposit box part of the digital safe or also to the locked box inside the digital safe
The user is not limited in the number of mobile devices from which they can access their digital safe.
If the subscription is not paid within 1 month after expiry. You always have 30 days to clear your safe. For MySafee Crypto subscriptions, we will only melt the safe after 60 days of non-payment. Additionally, if the user melts the safe themselves via the settings tab in the app.
You can find the invoice and the total list of paid services inside the application in the administration section - Payment history. For each payment, the invoice is available for download in PDF format.
The MySafee digital safe is available for all devices that have internet access. You can log in to the web app from your computer or any mobile device. You can download the MySafee app to your mobile phone and tablet. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.
To cancel your account, use the Melt Safe feature. Your account will be permanently deleted, along with all your saved documents. This is permanent and you cannot undo or restore deleted documents.
The MySafee digital safe is subject to the latest standards in security, but each owner of their safe can influence the security. The important thing is to set a really strong password and use two-factor authentication, which you activate in your account settings
