The MySafee Digital Safe is a storage solution where you can store documents from both your computer and mobile device. This way, you'll always have your documents with you in the MySafee app.
Register now! Create your safe by entering your personal details and password. No personal data is required when you register the MySafee Crypto variant.
This passage is intended to familiarize you with the registration process and the steps you will take to create your own digital safe. It contains important information for choosing a digital safe variant, instructions for setting up your digital safe and other important information.
The MySafee variant is a basic full-featured version of the application. It is designed for those of you who are not afraid to share your personal information with us (even if it cannot be verified as real). This version registers your personal information and shares the email address you provide with us. The version allows you to recover your forgotten password and even if you lose it, you will not lose access to your digital safe. As with all versions of MySafee, we do not have the ability to check the documents you have stored. Therefore, we urge users to respect the prohibition of saving documents with racist themes, child pornography, documents spreading hatred towards other persons and any other documents whose dissemination may fulfill the facts of a criminal offence. You will be asked to vacate the digital safe when you stop using it. However, you do not need to worry as even if you do not pay for the service, we will give you 30 days to access your documents and only after a further 30 days we will proceed to dispose of your digital safe. The disposal will delete all your stored documents. However, we are confident that you will become our long-standing satisfied customers who will use your MySafee digital safe.
The MySafee Crypto variant is a modification of the basic MySafee version and is designed for those of you who are not willing to provide your personal information. However, this means that we cannot communicate with each other. We cannot reset a forgotten password or notify you that your subscription has expired. Everything will be entirely in your control, and the only information available to us will be whether or not the digital safe, marked with a mere numerical combination with no indication of the owner, has the service paid for. If the situation arises that the service has not been paid for more than 60 days, we will have no choice but to proceed with the disposal of such digital safe. We will only use the information bar inside the safe to notify you of the impending end of your subscription. The advantage of this version of MySafee is that it provides complete protection of your privacy, personal identity and any disposition of the digital safe is subject to your sole discretion.
The MySafee Free variant allows you to try the service for 30 days in free mode. If you upgrade to the full version of the service, your safe settings and stored documents will be preserved.
It is a digital space with preset elements that allow easy handling of your saved Documents. It is up to you to decide how you want to design the internal partitioning of the safe to fit your needs. Each user has different needs, different numbers of household members, family members and the amount of Documents they deem appropriate to store in MySafee.
Important: In the bottom left corner of the web app, the time until your safe is automatically logged out counts down. Before logging out, a warning will appear on the screen to prevent automatic logout. This feature is important for your safety when working inside your safe.
After logging into the application, you will see a splash screen in your web browser window that divides your safe into the following three basic sections:
Import section, where all your documents are uploaded and will wait for you to store them in your safe. In this part of the safe, you will see all documents sent from both your PC device and any of your mobile devices, in which all you have to do is take a picture of the document and send it directly to the safe.
The safe section, where you can create up to 6 Strongboxes and name them according to your needs. Inside the Strongboxes you create Boxes, in unlimited quantities, with your own labeling of each of the Boxes. You can already store individual documents in a Box. You can label each document with your own name. You can move, delete, archive or merge Boxes. You can then share, delete, move documents to the Lockbox, or store them in the Archive. A special area is the Lockbox, which you can activate with another password of your choice. The contents of all your Lockboxes are encrypted and unreadable without properly opening the safe.
The Sharing section, in which you will have collected all the documents you wish to export from the Safe. User-friendly and intuitive help will allow you to download or send a document from your Safe to an email you choose or select in your contacts directory. For security reasons, documents cannot be shared directly from the safe deposit box.
There are icons on the right and left of the screen that allow you to perform individual actions within your safe. The detailed function of each icon is included in the Help or can be found later in this Guide.
The digital safe you create will become a unique repository for your documents that you can customize to suit your needs. It allows you to keep all your documents digitally with you at all times in a mobile app.
Follow the instructions below to tailor your digital safe to your own needs and requirements. You can customize all the names of the Strongboxes, Boxes and Documents as you see fit. Your Documents can be stored in Boxes, which you can create in up to six Strongboxes. You can create unlimited Boxes in each Package.
A strongbox is the internal storage area of the safe containing the Boxes and Documents. To increase the clarity of the internal layout, the application allows the creation of up to six Strongboxes. For the same reason, the application does not allow you to store individual Documents directly in the Clipboard. You can choose the names of the Strongboxes at your own discretion.
A Box can be created in each Package. You can set up and name an unlimited number of Boxes so that each Box contains Documents that are related to each other. Use Boxes to sort and store your Documents clearly.
A Document is a data file such as a contract, receipt or any document that you store in a safe and sort into Boxes according to their importance. By default, the safe is preset to store up to 2000 documents (3000 documents in the MySafee Crypto version). The safe capacity can be increased at any time in the application settings.
You can choosethe name of the Box as you wish. You can name not only your Boxes and Documents, but also Strongboxes.
The application determinesthe order of Strongboxes, Boxes and Documents alphabetically by name. However, you can change the order of Boxes and Documents based on their importance. You can change their location by simply dragging the mouse to the location of your choice.
A number in the upper right corner of each Strongbox or Box icon indicateswhen the safe or Box is full. This displays an indication of how many Boxes or Documents that particular Strongbox or Box contains.
Use the Delete icon to delete any Document from MySafee. The document is moved to the Recycle Bin, where it remains for 30 days and is then automatically deleted permanently. You can also permanently delete a document from the Trash using the Destroy icon. However, if you still consider the Document to be important and do not want to permanently remove it from the Digital Vault, you have the option of moving the Document to the Archive, where it will await your next decision on how to dispose of it.
Allows you to save your contacts, including email addresses, so that you don't have to enter email addresses when exporting Documents from your Digital Safe.
Here you will find an overview of all accesses to your digital safe. The application allows you to register unauthorized access attempts to your digital safe by entering an incorrect password. In this case, the application will alert you to this attempt, assigning an IP address and identifying the country from where this attempt to access your safe is being made. In the MySafee and MySafee Free versions of the app, you can use the View Filter at the top of the screen to sort individual records. In MySafee Crypto, only failed attempts are displayed for security reasons.
Here you will find an overview of all payments made for MySafee. This puts your spending on the service under control. You can download and print a simplified tax document here

Import a Document from a mobile device
You can easily upload documents to your safe from your mobile device. You can add a Document to your safe deposit box structure directly in the mobile app. In case you do not select a specific location for the newly acquired Document in the mobile app, you can include it later using the web app in your PC's web browser. You can find the document in the import section of the safe.
Importing a Document from a PC
Just like from mobile devices, Documents can be saved to your safe from your PC after you have successfully logged into the safe.
Import section of the safe
Once you have uploaded a new Document to your safe, unassigned Documents will appear in the Import section of the safe at the top of the screen. From there, you can sort the Documents into Boxes.
Saving a Document to a Strongbox/Box
Use the arrow in the import section of the safe to sort the uploaded and unassigned Documents into the Boxes you created. First, select the Strongbox where you want to save the Document. Then drag and drop it into the selected Box.
You can share your Docs at any time from both your computer and your mobile device. Sharing your Docs is as easy as importing them. Move the selected Documents to the bottom of the shareable vault. You can drag them here with your mouse, or you can select the Documents and then use the "Share" control icon in the right toolbar. Navigate to sharing documents from where they can be sent to the email address you specify. You can also use this feature to download the document from the safe to your device. After successful upload or download, the (already shared) Document will be removed from the sharing section. If you want to send the selected Document multiple times, fill in the email addresses of multiple recipients.

Security Note: When you activate the Locked Box, you choose your own password to access this part of the Digital Safe. The password you choose should be different from the entry password to your digital safe.
An e-diary is a storage space for your diary or notes in electronic form. These records are not protected by an additional password and can therefore be accessed by anyone you allow access to the safe.
The contents of the digital safe represent your ownership. The app operator does not have access to the safe. Therefore, it is not responsible for the contents of the Documents stored by you. For security reasons, we urge users not to leave their Digital Safe open. For security reasons, the digital safe will lock itself for prolonged periods of inactivity. You will be notified in due course when it is locked. The MySafee app will also send you information about all accesses to your digital safe.
